Campaign 2007 Virginia House of Delegates

All 100 seats in the Virginia House of Delegates were up for election in 2007. Republicans gained control of the State House in 1999 and retained majorities in 2001, 2003, 2005 and again in 2007.

Below are the House of Delegate districts located in (or near) the 8th Congressional District. To learn more about the 2007 GOP campaigns for the House, click on "More info" below the district number.

Where more than one Republican candidate filed for Delegate, the GOP nominee was selected by a method to be determined by local committee (canvass, convention or primary elections on June 12).

If there's no election contest in your district this year, please help a Republican in another district.
